The Wildlife Society submitted the following comments in response to Secretary Memorandum SM 1078-015, which outlines an agency-wide reorganization effort. TWS members have raised significant concerns over the potential impacts of the proposed reorganization, which are reflected in the recommendations our society provided to the USDA.
