I am a recent graduate of Oklahoma State University where I earned my Bachelors degree in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources Ecology & Management. I have a focus in Wildlife Ecology with a minor in Animal Science. While earning my Bachelors, I worked and volunteered in a variety of ecology based positions ranging from camera traps, capture and release workshops, and avian point counts. During my senior year, I served as President of my university’s student chapter of The Wildlife Society where I connected with professionals and students through my leadership position. Throughout my undergraduate career I discovered my passion for ecology and conservation with a focus in disease, behavior and movement ecology. I am actively applying to graduate positions where I hope to earn my Masters and PhD in the field of Ecology and return to academia to teach future generations of ecologist and more. In my spare time I will more than likely be outside on a hike with a pair of binoculars or indoors talking about birds. I love connecting with people that share a similar passion in this field and hope to connect with new people through my position of Board Member at Large with the Student Development Working Group.
