Minnesota Chapter to host wetland habitat workshop

The Minnesota Chapter of The Wildlife Society will host a workshop on Sept. 20, 2016, titled, “Minnesota’s Wetland Habitats: Managing Across a Continuum.” The workshop will take place at Cragun’s Resort on Gull Lake in Brainerd, Minnesota.

The focus of the workshop is applicable management strategies for Minnesota’s valuable and imperiled wetland resources. Some of the anticipated topics include the current situation of health and policy of wetlands, altered hydrology, water quality, and waterfowl.
