Last male northern white rhino dies

The last male northern white rhinoceros has died.

Nicknamed Sudan, the 45-year-old rhino was one of just three remaining rhinos of the sub-species, and the only male. All three have been kept under armed guard at a conservancy in Kenya to protect them from poachers.
