August 31st began a new term for CMPS. Huge thank you to the outgoing Officers! Welcome to the new Officers! Find out more about who serves on the CMPS Board and what we do for members.
Here are highlights of what the CMPS Board has been / is working on:
- Facilitated connections between State Chapter Leadership and Conservation Affairs Network Reps within CMPS to discover shared priorities & challenges (Coordinated by Daly Edmunds, CMPS Board Member At-Large)
- Continued initial steps of Bylaws revision, including consideration of a new structure to more effectively include all seven State Chapters
- Drafted information for a Board position description as part of the CMPS Operations Manual development to help onboard new officers
- Review of Wayne Sandfort Student Travel Grant Applications
