The HTCWG held a spring membership meeting at 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 13, 2023.
The HTCWG 2022 Annual meeting took place the TWS Annual Conference on Tuesday, November 8, from 12-1:30 p.m.
The HTCWG 2021 Annual meeting took place virtually as part of the TWS Annual Conference on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 1-2:30 p.m.
The HTCWG 2020 Annual meeting took place virtually as part of the TWS Annual Conference on September 30, 2020 from 1-2:30 p.m.

The HTCWG 2019 Annual Meeting took place at the TWS Annual Conference on Monday, September 30, 2019 from 4:30-6:00 p.m.
The HTCWG 2018 Annual Meeting took place at the TWS Annual Conference on Tuesday, October 9 from 3:20-5:00 p.m.
The HTCWG 2017 Annual Meeting took place at the TWS Annual Conference on Monday, September 25 from 12:00-2:00 p.m.
The HTCWG 2016 Annual Meeting took place at the TWS Annual Conference on Monday, October 17, 2016 from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
