College and University Education Working Group

Welcome to the TWS College and University Education Working Group

Thank you for visiting the College and University Education Working Group (CUEWG) of The Wildlife Society.

Our purpose is to improve communication among members of The Wildlife Society (especially college and university faculty) regarding issues such as undergraduate and graduate education, curricula, innovative teaching approaches, course development, technology in the classroom, improving critical thinking, experiential learning, advising, writing-across-curricula and peer-review of teaching.

We also strive to improve the quality of education for undergraduate, graduate and continuing education students in wildlife ecology and conservation, thereby strengthening the professional foundations of wildlife managers, researchers, law enforcement personnel, administrators and educators and resulting in better stewardship of wildlife resources.
