This Working Group facilitates networking between students and experienced TWS members by hosting meetings, workshops, webinars, and more! The WG also assists in the selection of the recipient of The Wildlife Society’s Student Chapter Advisor of the Year Award, provides recommendations to TWS Council, and hosts an online Discord Community for SDWG members.

SDWG members can connect with other students in wildlife and have opportunities to contribute to the future development of student communication.
Any existing member of TWS (student or professional) is eligible to donate a GiveBack Membership, so we ask that anyone willing to do so, to fill out this form.
Any student who is not yet a formal member of TWS, but wants to give it a shot, can fill out this form here to receive a GiveBack Membership.

All student members of The Wildlife Society are automatically members of the Student Development Working Group at no additional charge. We welcome membership to any other TWS members interested in supporting students.
