Governing Board
The Governing Board for the Minnesota Chapter consists of the President, Past President, President Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, and four Board Members at Large. Board meetings are open to all members and are typically also attended by Committee Chairs, Representatives, and Student Chapter Advisors and Student Presidents. Elections for Board positions are held annually in conjunction with the Annual Meeting.
The Minnesota Chapter holds two formal meetings each year. An Annual Meeting & Conference is held each year during late winter and at least one summer field workshop is held during late summer with an accompanying board meeting. Chapter business is conducted at monthly board meetings via telephone conference calls.
