Conference Highlights

• KEYNOTE SPEAKER – We’re excited to welcome ELLEN HAYNES [vet.uga.edu], Regional Wildlife Health Coordinator, with the Southeastern Cooperative Wildlife Disease Study as our 2025 keynote speaker.
• INVITED SPEAKERS – We’ll have presentations from both state and regional professionals on the status of various wildlife health topics, such as rabies, WNS, lead, and more!
• MUSEUM TOUR & WELCOME SOCIAL! – Join us as we kick off the conference with a welcome social at the Coldwater Mountain Brewpub. All attendees will also receive tickets to tour the Anniston Natural History Museum
• PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – We’re offering two development tracks this year (choose which you’ll attend during registration) – 1) Weaver Cave & Habitat Tour, and 2) Necropsy 101
• ORAL & POSTER PRESENTATIONS – Wildlife Research and Management in Alabama and the Southeastern US
