Date: February 13, 3:00 pm

Revolutionizing VHF Tracking Technology, hosted by the Drone Working Group. Drone-borne radio-telemetry is providing significant advances in VHF radio tracking, enabling agencies, NGO’s and researchers to gather more data, faster, from over a wider area. This webinar will discuss these advances, the equipment required, and typical outcomes people look for when incorporating it into their work. The talk will cover a number of case studies so you might understand typical outcomes, including a presentation from Grant Rhodes of the Kevin Ringleman Lab from the University of California’s Davis Campus on his experiences using the Dragonfly over two seasons in the field.
