Members of the Chapter convene together in person twice per year, once in the spring and once in the fall. The spring meeting is the Chapter’s Annual Meeting and consists of a business meeting followed by a themed plenary session, technical session, student/young professional presentations, dinner, awards, and social. The Annual meeting is two days. The fall meeting is the Chapter’s Continuing Education Series which is coordinated by the Outreach & Education Committee. The fall meeting is usually two days and consists of a business meeting, educational series presentations and discussion, dinner, social, and typically a field trip.

Directions to the Environmental Education Classroom at Ball State University
Parking:
For parking, park in lot C3, in the bottom left corner of the map. It’s about a 3-minute walk from lot C3 to the EEC (in light green). Lot G13, directly outside the EEC, is primarily used for faculty/staff parking and for service vehicles. However, we do have 2 handicap spots and 4 visitor spots directly outside the EEC in that lot. If possible, we should prioritize those spots for anyone joining the program with mobility issues, and/or for the general public as we do receive local visitors daily. The map also highlights the most popular route through Christy Woods between the EEC and the Planetarium, in case that’s useful.
