SOUTHEASTERN ASSOCIATION OF FISH AND WILDLIFE AGENCIES CONFERENCE
October 17-20, 2021 • Roanoke, VA
The Annual Conference of the Southeastern Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies is a forum for the exchange of ideas and critical information regarding the management and protection of fish and wildlife resources primarily in the southeast. The conference attracts over 500 representatives from state and federal agencies, citizen’s organizations, universities, and private wildlife research groups, fisheries and wildlife scientists, agency enforcement personnel, and other natural resource related organizations.
The Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources will host the 45th Annual Conference from October 17-20, 2021 in Roanoke, VA. At this time, the intention is to hold the 75th Annual Conference in person as scheduled. The host agency is exploring options to offer online content in a virtual format to allow as many people to participate as possible. They hope this hybrid option provides flexibility and will meet the needs of those who are unable to be onsite due to travel or budget or other restrictions. We’ll continue to share updated details with you in the coming weeks and months ahead.
