Welcome to the Conservation Detection Dogs Working Group

The goal of the Conservation Detection Dogs Working Group is to promote the ethical and scientifically based approach of using Conservation Detection Dog Teams (CDDTs) in a wide range of wildlife conservation, research, and management. We encourage cooperation between current conservation detection dog teams and any individuals looking to incorporate this method into their work. We also seek to create resources for those to bridge the knowledge gap between current CDDT members and biologists hoping to use the method in their own work.
