Watch: Using trail cameras to count Mexican wolves

Arizona Game and Fish Department researchers are conducting a one-year study to determine if trail cameras are an effective method of measuring the abundance of endangered Mexican wolves (Canis lupus baileyi). Researchers deployed 125 cameras in areas within the White Mountains where they expect to find wolves.
