GET INVOLVED

Getting involved in local chapters and working groups have helped our professional members keep their passion for wildlife science alive through the power of community and action. Attending local chapter or working group meetings keeps you involved in wildlife matters that are most important to you (and the ones in your backyard). These groups have given our members opportunities to advance their skills in core or emerging areas of the wildlife profession, grow lifelong friendships and professional connections, and give something back to their community and industry in a real and meaningful way.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE

The Wildlife Society’s Conservation Affairs Network engages our members to advance wildlife conservation policy issues atnational, regional, and local levels. We rely heavily on you, our wildlife professionals, to bring your valuable perspectives on the policy process to better wildlife conservation across North America.
