Manitoba to Add Restitution on Top of Poaching Fines

Manitoba will become the first Canadian province to charge convicted poachers restitution fees in addition to already existing fines for poaching. The fees vary based on which species was poached. All money collected from these new restitution fees will go to the Fish and Wildlife Enhancement Fund.
