Southwestern Graduate Student Scholarship

The Southwest Section of The Wildlife Society is accepting applications for the annual $1,000 Southwestern Wildlife Graduate Student Scholarship. This scholarship will be presented at either the 2025 Joint Annual Meeting of the New Mexico and Arizona Chapters of The Wildlife Society or the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Texas Chapter of The Wildlife Society. For consideration, students must submit applications by 30 November 2024. A call for submissions with complete application instructions is available at the link below. Award Nominations Due

TWS Fellows Award: This award recognizes current TWS members who have been members for at least 10 years and have distinguished themselves through exceptional service to the wildlife profession. Nominations are due by March 1. For more information, click here.

TWS Distinguished Service Award: This award recognizes TWS members who have made a long-term commitment to the Society based on at least 20 years of membership and their actions to further the mission of the Society. Nomination packets are due to the Southwest Section Board (tws.southwest.section@gmail.com) by April 1.
