Draft Agenda & Save the Date

Save the Date! The 2023 Annual Meeting of the Nebraska Chapter of The Wildlife Society will be held February 28 – March 2 at the Younes Conference Center in Kearney, NE.
The theme is “Then and Now. And where we go from here…” Please consider presenting! Abstracts are due by December 10th!!  This year we are trying something a bit different and will have 3 types of presentations to choose from:
  1. General Session – 20 min. presentation – open to anyone, student or professional
  2. Student In-Progress – 10 min presentation – reserved for undergraduate or graduate students to present on work in-progress
  3. Ignite – 5 min lightning presentation, slides progress automatically – open to anyone
When submitting your abstract, please indicate your preference.

Team Trivia     Student-Professional Lunch     Photo Contest     Auction     Banquet/Award
And we can’t forget about….Field Trips!
We are working on some awesome options including (*hopefully*) crane viewing!

The 2017 NETWS Annual Meeting was held in conjunction with the Midwest Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies meeting February 5-8, 2017 in Lincoln, NE.

The 2016 NETWS Annual Meeting and “50th” Anniversary (“50 Years of Wildlife Conservation and Management in Nebraska”) took place March 8-10, 2016 in Kearney, NE.
