Most of what you’ve heard about rattlesnakes is greatly exaggerated, if not downright untrue. Dr. Emily Taylor of Cal Poly’s Physiological Ecology of Rattlesnake Laboratory (PERL) will set the record straight on the true nature of these shy predators by sharing stories from her lab’s 10 years of experience studying rattlesnakes in their natural habitats on the Central Coast.
