Welcome to the New England Chapter
The New England Chapter, a regional entity of The Wildlife Society, is a non-profit scientific and educational organization serving professionals in all areas of wildlife conservation within the states of New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

In the News: Endangered Timber Rattlesnakes in Massachusetts
The New England Chapter of TWS sent a letter of support to the Massachusetts Division of Fish and Wildlife for the (re)Introduction of Timber Rattlesnakes to an uninhabited island in the Quabbin Reservoir. Read more here.
The objectives of the New England Chapter are:
1) To provide a forum for the interchange and discussion of information and issues pertinent to wildlife management and environmental concerns;
2) To disseminate information pertinent to wildlife management in New England;
3) To identify and provide professional expertise for legislation, projects, suits and other issues which may have an impact on wildlife;
4) To promote professionalism among chapter members.
