Biologist Finds Rare Frog
While searching for a newly discovered species of leopard frog —named for its green and beige spots — Jacob Kubel, a conservation scientist with the Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and Wildlife’s Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program, stumbled upon an extremely rare aberration of the species: a bright blue-colored frog.
